Volkswagen MK6 GTI 2.0TFSI ECU Tuning

The MK6 Volkswagen GTI is one of the hottest selling hatches in the market making it a tuners dream.  The 2.0L turbocharged engine pumps out 211 horsepower and 207 ft/lbs of torque.  Even though front wheel drive, it can be a great car for the track and of course the street.  This particular 6 speed transmission car is all stock and wanted to get some extra boost from a tune.  The tuning of this MED17.5 Bosch ECU can be done on the bench or via the OBDII port after doing an ID on the ECU firmware version.  The tune takes the car to almost 300 horsepower and 300 ft/lbs of torque making it a monster.  Check out the original dyno we did on a car years back and order your VR Tuned VW GTI MK6 Tune Here.
