Volkswagen Touareg TDI Tuning Box Kit Install

Turbo diesel vehicles benefit the most from a ECU tune. Already running high boost pressures, when you increase the boost along with adjusting the fuel mixture and timing, it is torque city on the TDI cars.  This particular 2012 VW Touareg TDI is a 3.0L V6 that we did one of our Tuning Box kits on.  The installation is pretty straight forward and takes about 30 minutes to do.  Once the tuning box is plugged in, you just need to initialize it by revving to 3000rpm and let the car idle for 90 seconds.  Once complete, you get a whole new driving machine.  Improved torque, throttle response, and horsepower.  Check out the pictures below of the install and shop all our TDI Tuning Box Kits here.
